HOW TO PURCHASE
Our online secure shopping site is powered by Woocommerce and offers PayPal as a payment option. The buyer does not need to join or be a member of PayPal in order to use the payment system. When you have finished shopping for your product, simply click on view cart or the checkout button to begin the checkout process, you will be asked to fill in your contact details and then when you click on the bottom checkout button again will be taken to PayPal’s secure payment form to finish the purchase using your credit card or PayPal account if you have one.
If the payment is successful, you will be taken back to a Thank You page on this site showing the receipt for your purchase, a receipt will also be sent to your email address for your records. Your order should be fulfilled and the product shipped to your address within a few days. We will notify you when the order is shipped.
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Power2Go warrants all it’s iPUCK, WoodPuck and WucPuc products for one year. The products shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. Power2Go will repair or replace any defective product free of charge.
Power2Go reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice and disclaims any limited warranty to repair or replace any such discontinued products.
In the event that Power2Go is unable to repair or replace the product (for example, because it has been discontinued), Power2Go will offer either a refund or a credit toward the purchase of another product from www.power2go.com in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product as evidenced on the original purchase receipt as discounted by its natural use.
This warranty excludes damages resulting from normal wear and tear, loss or theft.

Be prepared to provide; the product sku number, where you purchased the product, when you purchased the product and a copy of original receipt.
Power2Go reserves the right to review the damaged product. All costs of shipping the product to Power2Go for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser.
IN NO EVENT SHALL POWER2GO BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST BUSINESS OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR USE OF ANY POWER2GO PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The benefits provided to the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under applicable laws, which may vary by province and country.
RETURN POLICY
Power2Go wants you to be excited about your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. If you want to return an item, you can ship the item back to Power2Go. You have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
To ship your return item(s) to Power2Go, you must first contact Power2Go Support by telephone or email. Power2Go Support staff will help you diagnose the issue (if any) and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and mailing information after you verify your return details. Affix an address label to the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip. We recommend using the original packaging. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund and send you a Return Receipt confirmation email.
